Interior Design Terms & Conditions

Dwell WellInteriors, L.L.C. may change or modify any service(s) at any time without prior notice. This includes permanently or temporarily terminating any service(s). We strive to continue to update our site regularly, but are not obligated to update all material changes.

If your design plans include purchasing furniture and interior materials, Dwell WellInteriors, L.L.C. will supply you with a suggested list of items, but it is the client’s responsibility to purchase the merchandise and cover any taxes or delivery fees that may be associated with it. We will provide you with an estimate for the merchandise costs, but they are always subject to change without notice from the retailer or supplier.

Also, all designs and artwork created by Dwell Well Interiors, L.L.C. are solely produced for the client and are not to be used for architectural, commercial, resale, or any other purpose other than for the client’s use in completing the space for which the design was created.

If an item, or even a few items, aren’t working for you, contact DW within 15 days of receiving the design solution and DW will gladly offer other options. Similarly, if the space plan needs tweaking, let DW know within 15 days upon the receipt of the design and DW will rework the design once.

All merchandise purchased based on your design plan, will be handled by third party carriers of your choice. DW is a service based business. DW creates the design but does not manufacture the items that are used in it. As such DW is not responsible for delivery, returns or any issues or loss as a result of purchasing merchandise. Similarly, we are not responsible for information provided by third party web sites.

Refunds are only available prior to receiving your measurements, photos and design questionnaire. Once this information is submitted, DW begins working on your design. Because of this DW unfortunately cannot accept order cancellations or issue refunds once the design is underway. Dwell WellInteriors, L.L.C. is happy to consult regarding any issues or revisions needed, but a complete refund is unavailable after the design process has begun. DW strives to complete all design projects within 4-6 weeks and will maintain communication with the client throughout the process as needed.

If DW has not received your photos and accompanying materials within 15 days after receiving your payment, you may cancel your agreement with DW. Your service fee minus any credit card service fees charged as a result of the transaction, will be refunded.
